The phone consultation is super informal, usually doesn’t last more than 15 minutes to tell me a little bit about what is bringing you in. The consult is super informal, and is just a way to make sure I’m a good fit for you and you’re a good fit for me. From there, you’ll have the option to schedule a first session or take some time to think about it. I encourage everyone reaching out to shop around, talk with a couple different therapists, and make the choice that is best for you.
